Kymi Port (Paralia Kymis, Evia)
38° 37.8′ N · 24° 7.6′ E
The ferry port of Kymi on Evia's Aegean coast, below the hilltop town. It is the mainland-side gateway to Skyros and the usual departure point for the Skyros crossing.
Practical
The position is the OpenStreetMap Kymi ferry terminal at Paralia Kymis. Wikipedia calls it one of the largest man-made ports in Greece, with ferries to Skyros, Skopelos and Alonissos and some commercial traffic. Skyros Shipping Co ferries run daily year-round to Linaria (Ferryhopper), so keep clear of the ferry berth and manoeuvring area. No yacht berthing, fuel, water or fee details were verified; call the port police on VHF or ask locally before relying on a berth. Athens is reached by car or the KTEL bus (Ferryhopper).
