A PADI 5-star centre on the hotel strip at Psalidi, about 3 km east of Kos Town, doing shore dives on its local site plus try-dives, kids' programmes and the full PADI course ladder. It is the closest dive shop to Kos Marina.
Practical
Two bases (kosdivers.com/location): the diving centre at Kipriotis Village Resort, Psalidi (coordinate from the centre's own map link), kiosk near the main pool behind the amphitheatre, open 10:30am-12:30pm except Saturday; and an info and booking office at the Niriides Beach hotel, 1.5 km from Kos Town (36.88511 N, 27.31486 E), open daily 9am-3pm. No boat: 'we make only shore dives at our local dive site' (FAQ). Prices quoted on the site: Discover Scuba from 120 EUR including insurance, single private dive 100 EUR, PADI ReActivate refresher 150 EUR (prices current on the site in 2026). Packages of two shore dives run as a half day. Kids from age 8. Water temperature runs from about 18 C in April to 27 C in August and 24 C in October.
