Practical

Paros.gr: ferries run year-round about every 30 minutes, the crossing takes about 10 minutes, and in summer the last ferry from Antiparos to Pounta leaves at 2:00am. Antiparos.com calls it a 7-minute crossing and advises booking ahead in July and August if taking a car. In summer, passenger boats also run from Parikia to Antiparos in about an hour (paros.gr). Under way, keep a sharp watch for these ferries crossing the narrow channel all day, along with dense kitesurf traffic (Kavas). Eurodivers Club runs a dive centre at Pounda (Greeka).
