Faragas Beach (Paros)

36° 59.2′ N · 25° 9.3′ E

A fine-sand beach in a rocky bay on Paros's south coast, about 3 km east of Aliki, split between a beach bar and an unorganised half.

Practical

Greeka: crystal water and fine sand. A beach bar on one side rents sunbeds and umbrellas and serves food and drink, and a 2024 review warns of loud music from the beach restaurant at the entrance. Sailingissues says the main bay is open ESE to W, that swell can enter in strong northerlies, and that the bar ashore is noisy; boats usually prefer the east cove (see Faragas East Cove Anchorage). Position from the OpenStreetMap beach outline.
