Practical
The compendium (2020) notes beach access directly across the street from Magasin Otepa, one lot toward town: ask a clerk to show you where to land the dinghy. Shallow coral fringes the shore, so come in slowly and tilt the outboard. Don't leave a dinghy unattended for long near the wharf, where kids swim. It is not a swimming beach: ciguatera, metal fish traps and lines lie off the village. Position approximate: on the lagoon shore opposite Magasin Otepa, derived from the compendium's directions.
