Fakarava Bike Ride Rotoava to the Lighthouse

Pedal the flat road north-west from Rotoava to the stepped Topaka lighthouse, past the airport and on toward the pass, with lagoon on one side and surf on the reef on the other.
Practical
Rent bikes or e-bikes at Fakarava Yacht Services (2019 report: 1,000 XPF for 4 hours, e-bikes 3,000 XPF for 4 hours; verify locally). The 2025 brief notes the road from the airport to the pass is a great bike ride or walk. A 2023 crew covered about 18 miles in a day, including a pearl farm and the lighthouse. Take water and sun protection, since there is almost no shade or shop beyond the airport. Coordinate is the lighthouse.
