Ahurei Main Dock and Fuel (Rapa Iti)
27° 37.0′ S · 144° 20.0′ W · approximate
Haurei/Ahurei village's main dock, used by the once-a-month supply ship and otherwise free for yachts to lie alongside, with a service station selling diesel and petrol two hours a day.
Practical
Approximate position: just off the OSM ferry-terminal point at Ahurei, where the dock face lies. Depending on wind direction, yachts tie up on the front face or the short western side. Fuel: the service station at the main dock is open about 2 hours daily; pay at the mairie first, then pump (Pitufa 2018). The cargo ship calls about once a month and sometimes skips a visit, so move off before it is due.
