The 412 m hill behind the Old Town, reached by cable car or on foot by a zigzag path. From the top you see the walled city, Lokrum and the Elaphites laid out like a chart.
Practical
Coordinate is the summit (OSM); the lower cable car station is just above the Old Town walls (OSM ticket office 42.64307, 18.11157). The walking path is hot and has no shade; go early or near sunset. The Homeland War museum is in the fort at the top.
