The open-air produce and fish market on the Gruž waterfront, where locals buy fruit, vegetables, cheese and the morning catch. Much cheaper and less touristy than the Old Town.

Coordinate is the market (OSM). Go early in the morning; the fish hall is busiest first thing and quiet by midday. Supermarkets are along the Gruž waterfront and in Lapad. Short walk from Marina Frapa; bus or taxi from Komolac.
