The anchoring point just north of Santa Cruz del Islote, the tiny, densely packed fishermen's island in the middle of the San Bernardo group.

Waypoint A17 from the national cruising guide (9°47'15.028"N 75°51'34.144"W; the guide says 'north of the islet Santa Cruz'). Land by dinghy at the island's restaurant/dock (Wikipedia notes a restaurant that doubles as a port). Tourist launches come and go all day.
