The Bastimentos fuel stop is a marked fuel berth inside Red Frog Marina, convenient on the way to the Zapatillas or Dolphin Bay.
Practical
Position is the OpenStreetMap fuel-station node (harbour fuel station) inside Red Frog Marina. Noonsite and noforeignland list fuel at the marina. A 2017 cruiser report gave diesel at about US$1.10 per litre, which is out of date, so verify locally. Call the marina on VHF 68 before coming in. Since December 2024 boats may not anchor outside the marina (see Red Frog Anchorage), so arrange the fuel stop with the marina directly.
