Ocho Rios has no visitor marina or confirmed yacht fuel dock: the small 'marina basin' beside the cruise terminal is packed with local boats, and fuel means jerry cans from a roadside station or a run to Port Antonio or Montego Bay.

Virgintino (2015): the marina basin to starboard is close quarters with local boats berthed; it has long been promised as a marina but nothing has changed; he recommends leaving Ocho Rios to the cruise ships. The guide lists no fuel dock here. Nearest confirmed fuel alongside: Errol Flynn Marina, Port Antonio (about 40 nm east, straight line) and Montego Bay Yacht Club (about 47 nm west).
