A lee anchorage behind the low mangrove Cayos de Barca at the mouth of Jobos Bay, the classic launch pad for a pre-dawn exit east through Boca del Infierno.

Position from the Virgintino PR guide (~2015). If it is rolly after a day of strong trades, shift across to the SW tip of Cayos Caribes and look for a lee. Part of the Jobos Bay reserve: anchor in sand clear of seagrass.
