Per the Virgintino guide (~2015): two restaurants are open to the public, a large covered cafeteria-style lobster and fish place and Ballena Blanca on the beach, plus gift shops and a round tropical cocktail bar; the Gran Bahía (Bahía Principe) hotel restaurant on the east half is for guests only. GoDominicanRepublic says you can eat fresh fish on the public side. Prices are cruise-ship level; confirm before ordering lobster.
