Lady Moore wreck (Morgan's Bluff)
25° 11.6′ N · 78° 0.7′ W
A former passenger ferry lying off Morgan's Bluff, top at about 50 ft and resting in about 80 ft, with big fish hanging around the structure.
Practical
Position from a cruiser's GPS waypoint (25-11.606 N, 78-00.684 W) posted on the ActiveCaptain Morgan's Bluff listing and in the Geoff Schultz log (June 2006). Probably sunk as a dive attraction (cruiser's guess). Dive from your own boat or dinghy in calm conditions only: it sits off the open north end of the Tongue of the Ocean. Bring your own tanks; Jan's Dive Supplies near Lowe Sound is the nearest dive shop (ask about fills).
