A beautiful lee anchorage off the west beach of Long Cay (the old Fortune Island), just south of the French Wells channel, with easy beach access and good snorkelling on the nearby coral.

noforeignland position N 22°36.764' W 074°20.031', 3 m at the pin; coral heads are easy to spot when approaching from the west in good light. Sand near shore among coral; deeper spots get choppy in stronger winds. Good cell signal on the Aliv network. Protected from the east only; leave before a front. Albert Town and the Long Cay public dock are a short dinghy ride north.

Best for

Snorkelling and a visit to Albert Town in settled easterlies
