Frazers Hog Cay Anchorage

25° 24.7′ N · 77° 50.6′ W

A sheltered sound on the west side of Frazers Hog Cay near the Berry Islands Club, with numerous spots in 8-15 ft and good protection from southwest round to northeast.

Practical

ActiveCaptain position. Enter past Texaco Point: a pair of red/green buoys marks the entrance with 9 ft MLW (2011) and a couple of greens mark the deeper water further up; large white fenders may mark the west shoal (stay 50 yards off). Sandbars north of the Berry Islands Club have shifted from charted positions. Holding is questionable in places: try just south of the club moorings or farther north. Exposed to the south. A Noforeignland reviewer found 5-6 ft near the eastern shore; bring your own provisions. BTC signal good. 17 reviews, average 3.2.
