A long-running, no-frills Alice Town marina between the Big Game Club and the government dock, rebuilt with new docks in late 2023, with the harbour's fuel dock and a pool. A cruiser favourite for price and a helpful dockmaster.

Position from ActiveCaptain. VHF 68 listed, but reviewers say the radio is often not monitored: phone 242-347-3166 a couple of hours ahead. ActiveCaptain lists 32 slips, about 6 ft approach, with 13 ft at low tide alongside most docks and about 7 ft at the slip by the pool house; boats to about 30 ft beam. Dockage $1.75/ft (ActiveCaptain, November 2023; verify locally); metered power; water about $0.75/gal from its own desalination plant (2014 figure, verify locally). Gas and diesel at the fuel dock (credit-card surcharge 4-5% reported). Free Wi-Fi near the office only. Pool reported out of order spring 2025. Golf cart rental reported at $20 the first hour, $10 each hour after. Coin laundry is just north of the Immigration building. Strong tidal current along the docks, as everywhere in the harbour.
