Entry Cove (Prince William Sound)
60° 48.3′ N · 148° 21.7′ W
A small state marine park near where Port Wells, Passage Canal, Blackstone Bay and Cochrane Bay meet, with low rocky shores and gravel pocket beaches. A state document describes it as a small, well-protected bay with a shallow entrance.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM bay point (a USGS name position). The entrance is shallow, so use the chart and sound in. Sources conflict on the park's size (360, 1,200 and 3,200 acres) and on whether camping is allowed (unconfirmed). A commercial camping site says the entrance gives good anchorage on north-wind days, in contrast with Decision Point (low-reliability source).
