St-Pierre Clearance Terminal
14° 44.5′ N · 61° 10.6′ W · approximate
Saint-Pierre is an official port of entry and the natural first or last stop for boats sailing to or from Dominica. Clearance is handled at the mooring-zone office in the Maison de la Bourse, and at approved computer terminals in town.
Practical
Rade de Saint-Pierre (2026 website): the harbour office in the Maison de la Bourse, Place Bertin, open every day 8 am-noon, completes entry and exit clearance with you on dedicated software, included for mooring customers. Noonsite (Aug 2023 and Feb 2025): the clearance computer and the port captain are at the Tourist Office in the Maison de la Bourse on rue Gabriel Péri, a white building with a yellow roof at the end of the car park to the right of the dinghy dock, 2 minutes' walk. The second terminal is L'Alsace à Kay restaurant, 75 rue Gabriel Péri (+596 596 67 53 65): walk off the dock, turn right, about one block, on the left. It is useful after hours and at weekends. Both appear on the French customs list (January 2026), which also lists the municipal tourist office in Villa Sainte-Anne, rue Victor Hugo (+596 596 73 84 05). Online clearance (about €5) is also accepted (Doyle Guides). Position is Place Bertin by the market and pier, approximate.
