Position is the Flagstaff Lookout (OpenStreetMap). Signposted from the Windward Road just before it descends to Charlotteville; benches, a communications tower and a phone mast on top. A walk or short taxi ride from Charlotteville. Best in clear morning or late-afternoon light.
