Devil's Table Dive (Bequia)

13° 0.7′ N · 61° 15.0′ W · approximate

A shallow reef and pinnacle off the north entrance to Admiralty Bay, five minutes from the anchorage - Bequia's standard first dive and check-out dive.

Practical

Position from the OpenStreetMap 'Devil's Table + dinghy mooring' node (approx). Doyle places a beacon on the reef (waypoint 0.1 nm west of it at N13 00.7', W061 15.1'). Action Bequia has laid yellow dive/snorkel buoys at Bequia sites: day use only, never overnight; large yachts must ask the dive shops first (Noonsite, 2024). TripBase: a shallow reef and small pinnacle at about 12 m with soft corals, sea fans and dense reef fish, almost no current, and an excellent snorkel in calm conditions. The Stratmann wreck lies about 100 m north (OpenStreetMap). Watch for ferry and yacht traffic in the entrance - fly a dive flag and keep a dinghy lookout.
