Ladera's site lists Dasheene, the Hideaway Rum Bar, The Wine Room and a Sunset Fish Fry among its dining options, with Chef Nigel Mitchel's modern St Lucian cooking. Noonsite (October 2023): a wonderful place for a meal or a drink for the Piton views, but there was a US$25 per person minimum charge (verify locally).
