St Vincent's international airport (SVD), opened in 2017 on the east side of the island and the main gateway for crews joining boats at Blue Lagoon and Young Island Cut.

About 8.3 km (5.2 miles) from Kingstown (Wikipedia). Barefoot puts its Blue Lagoon base about 15 minutes away. Wikivoyage lists direct links with Miami, New York (JFK), Toronto, London Heathrow (Virgin Atlantic), Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada and Port of Spain, plus SVG Air and Mustique Airways hops to Bequia, Canouan, Mustique and Union. Ground transport: taxi to Kingstown about EC$70, or a shared 'H'-plate minibus for about EC$3 from the Windward Highway junction, a 300 m walk up the slip road (both 2019 prices; verify locally).
