Practical
Coordinate is the OpenStreetMap position of the Blue Lagoon hotel and marina building (approx; the office is in the marina complex). Hours differ between sources, so call ahead: Noonsite's business listing gives Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and weekends and holidays 1 pm to 4 pm; Noonsite's clearance page (updated March 2023) gives about 1 pm to 6 pm, seven days. SVG procedure: go straight to a port of entry with the Q flag up; only the captain goes ashore; private yachts pay the cruise tax, and charter yachts need an SVG cruising licence (SVG Tourism). Noforeignland reviews complain of officers arriving late and of overtime charges outside hours. You must leave SVG waters within 24 hours of clearing out.
