Coordinates from Wikipedia. Opened in 2008, replacing the old Fajardo airport. Vieques Air Link flies Ceiba to Vieques, Culebra and San Juan Isla Grande daily, and Ceiba to St Thomas on Fridays, Sundays and Mondays (2026 site; check schedule). CBP: a 'landing rights' airport for private aircraft, requiring CBP approval through the Fajardo office, 8 am to 6 pm daily. Note: the adjacent Roosevelt Roads Navy base resumed operations in November 2025 (Wikipedia), so expect security around the old base.
