A pair of quiet north-shore coves east of Hawksnest; Gibney's beach is better known as Oppenheimer Beach after the physicist's former house there.
Practical
Position is the GNIS point for Gibney Beach. Denis Bay and Jumbie Beach are closed to commercial vessel groups (Compendium 2026). Wikipedia notes Oppenheimer's ashes were scattered between Lovango Cay, Carval Rock and Congo Cay. No services; stand only in sand.
