Twins (Nang Yuan)

10° 7.0′ N · 99° 48.7′ E

Three groups of granite boulders covered in corals and sponges, separated by white sand channels, off Nang Yuan's west side: an easy, picture-perfect dive and a favourite night dive.

Practical

Position from OpenStreetMap (Twins / Twin Rocks). Wikipedia: max 22 m, average 12 m, Open Water+, with bluespotted ribbontail rays, juvenile bluering angelfish and saddleback clownfish. Crystal Dive: 6–18 m, easy navigation, good for beginners and night dives. The Nang Yuan resort calls Twins Bay a different reef view with possible shark sightings. Dive buoys mark the rocks west of the islets (SE Asia Pilot); keep the yacht well clear.
