Klong Nin Beach
7° 32.3′ N · 99° 2.9′ E
A long west-coast beach split in two by a canal, with a relaxed strip of bungalows, seafood restaurants and sunset bars.
Practical
Wikivoyage: the northern stretch is better for swimming. Charlee Barleys in the centre of the beach has nightly sunset happy hours and sometimes live music, and Cook Kai across the road serves Thai curries and soups (about 140 THB, verify locally). A Lotus's go fresh supermarket, laundries and road fuel stations sit at the Klong Nin junction (OpenStreetMap). See Klong Nin Anchorage for anchoring.
Best for
Sunset drinks and seafood on the quieter middle of the west coast
Season
Nov-Apr (NE monsoon); exposed in the SW monsoon
