La Passe harbour master (La Digue Inner Harbour)
4° 20.9′ S · 55° 49.7′ E
The Seychelles Ports Authority pier master on the La Digue jetty controls berthing, collects inner-harbour mooring and anchoring fees and signs local port clearance.
Practical
Coordinate is the La Digue ferry terminal on OpenStreetMap (open 6am-8pm daily per OSM). Contact before arrival - the Moorings eGuide (2026) says the harbour welcomes only 3-4 yachts and the harbour master must be contacted first. Under SI 98 of 2023, domestic vessels must obtain port clearance from the Pier Master before leaving a harbour, after submitting a passenger and crew list. Inner-harbour fee for non-resident boats: SCR 65 / SCR 275 per further 24 h under 10 m, SCR 90 / SCR 325 over 10 m (verify locally). International clearance is not available here: Port Victoria on Mahé is the only port of entry. Victoria Port Control works VHF 12; distress VHF 16; Moorings emergency relay VHF 26. La Digue police: +248 423 4251 (eGuide).
