Cousine Island (private, no landing)
4° 21.8′ S · 55° 38.8′ E
A 30 ha private island about 6 km west of Praslin run as a tiny luxury eco-resort and nature preserve since the 1990s, with Seychelles warblers, magpie-robins, giant tortoises, hawksbill turtles and nesting shearwaters, tropicbirds, noddies and fairy terns.
Practical
Privately owned (Cousine Island Company); the island's own site describes access as secured for guest privacy and ecosystem protection, caps guests at 12 and offers no day-visitor arrangement — treat it as no landing for yachts. Admire it from the water; keep clear of the beaches during turtle nesting. Coordinate: Wikipedia.
