A marina in Cascade Bay on the east shore of East Sound, below the historic Moran Mansion. The marina now runs as a separate business from the resort, and it is the closest moorage to Moran State Park.

Coordinate is the OSM marina. VHF 78, phone 360-472-4866, website rosarioharbor.com. About 30 slips; nightly reservations year-round, and reservations made close to arrival may get a breakwater tie in peak season. Buoys are rented long-term only, not by the night. Fuel dock (diesel and premium; prices were near $7.90 and $7.54 in September 2026). 2025-2026 reviews report no pump-out at the marina. Showers, laundry, small store and cafe. A 2026 listing says the Rosario Mansion and resort are closed for renovation; check what is open before you go. Coast Pilot gives about 15 ft (4.6 m) alongside the floats. The cove is open to southerlies blowing up East Sound.
