View· Saturna· Salish Sea — San Juans, Gulf Islands & Desolation Sound
Mount Warburton Pike (Saturna Island)
48° 46.5′ N · 123° 10.3′ W
Saturna's highest point, a grassy ridge above the island's south side with feral goats and one of the widest views in the Gulf Islands, over Plumper Sound, Boundary Pass and the San Juans.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM summit (OSM lists 402 m / 1,319 ft; some guides say 397 m). It is a long uphill walk or bike ride from Lyall Harbour, so many visitors arrange a lift. Trails run along the ridge in the park reserve. Carry water.
Best for
A big view, sunset, goat spotting
