A historic inn with a marina, pub and restaurant beside the Cortes ferry dock at Heriot Bay on Quadra Island. The village store, liquor store and café are a short walk away. It is a good fuel and supply stop on the west side of the area.

Position is approximate, at the marina docks below the inn. Reservations recommended: toll-free 1-888-605-4545. 2026 rates per foot per night are $2.25 in summer (June-September), $1.85 in May and October and $1.25 from November to April, a little less for inn guests. Limited 15 amp power, showers, laundry and Wi-Fi. Fuel: diesel, gasoline and propane. A cruising directory lists VHF 66A (not confirmed by the inn). The outer docks and fuel dock take wash from the ferry. Herons restaurant and the pub are in the inn. The Heriot Bay store offers courtesy delivery to the dock.
