Quiet south-east beaches away from White Beach: Tulubhan facing the Panay mainland and Cagban beside the main jetty, with shallow reef flats for snorkelling at high water.
Practical
Position: Tulubhan Beach (OpenStreetMap); Cagban Beach at 11.9399, 121.9344 and a small 'Secret Beach' at 11.9414, 121.9331 nearby. Local neighbourhoods with sari-sari stores and a market (Talipapa Bukid) inland. Sheltered from the amihan by the island's hills only in part; exposed to the south.
