The former Naval Air Station Cubi Point runway, right on the bay inside the Freeport. Useful for charters, but it has no scheduled airline service.
Practical
Wikipedia: as of 2025 no airlines operate scheduled services. It handles chartered and general aviation. Fly into Clark (about an hour's drive) or Manila instead. The runway's south end points at Grande Island, and the LST and barge wrecks lie between them.
