9° 12.9′ N · 123° 30.7′ E

Siquijor town's St Francis of Assisi church and belltower, near the pier, mark the centre of the island's main shopping town.

Practical

Church position from Wikivoyage. Shopping in Siquijor town is small-scale: OpenStreetMap maps the public market (Public Market Building No. 2 on F. Atad Street, 9.2135N 123.5133E), Emwin's Store, Save 'N Earn, Jayvee Marketing, Julie's and St. Francis bakeshops, and a Petron station by the pier. Wikivoyage lists Prince Hypermart, the island's main supermarket, in Larena town (8am-8pm, 2017; see 'Larena Public Market and Prince Hypermart (Siquijor)'), a Metrobank ATM on the main road (Visa and Mastercard) and Generika Drug Store on the National Highway. For a big provision, Dumaguete is 40-50 minutes by fast ferry. Siquijor was founded as the island's first municipality and parish in 1783 (Wikipedia). Buy fresh food early.
