Siquijor Port Anchorage (Siquijor Town)

9° 13.3′ N · 123° 30.6′ E · approximate

A roadstead off the busy ferry pier at Siquijor town, the provincial capital on the island's west coast. It is the closest anchorage to the ferries, the church and the town's shops.

Practical

Position approx: placed just north of the Port of Siquijor (OSM 9.2176N 123.5120E) and checked as open water on the OpenStreetMap base map. We found no published yacht depth or holding here. The ferry pier is busy: many daily Dumaguete boats plus OceanJet from Tagbilaran and Cebu (Wikivoyage), so anchor clear of the turning area. MV Solita (Woods, 2014) found that south-west swell rolls right along Siquijor's north coast with no deep bays to hide in, so this is a settled-weather stop. Tricycles and motorbikes (about PHP 250-400 a day, philippinedives.com 2026) wait at the pier; a sign by the pier lists tricycle fares (Wikivoyage).
