Loboc River
9° 38.1′ N · 124° 1.8′ E
Bohol's best-known river trip: floating restaurant rafts drift upstream on the green, palm-lined Loboc to Busay Falls, with a buffet lunch, music and ethnic dance stops on the banks.
Practical
Position: the Loboc River Cruise departure listed by Wikivoyage (2024). The cruise lasts about 90 minutes with buffet lunch (Wikivoyage); cruise and lunch cost about PHP 600-800 (philippinedives.com, 2026). Stand-up paddleboard, firefly-watching and birding trips also run (Wikipedia). The river lights for night cruises were badly damaged in the 2013 earthquake. Loboc Eco-Tourism Adventure Park has a 420 m cable car and a 520 m zipline (Wikivoyage). Loboc's 1734 Church of San Pedro is next to the landing. Note that the river mouth at Loay is a separate place: yachts cannot come upriver.
