Step-like coral terraces south of Escarceo Point with big barrel sponges and green tree coral - and one of the best places in Puerto Galera to hope for a thresher shark.

PADI position 13.51780N 120.99208E. About 8-25 m (max listed 28 m). Pygmy seahorses in the fans, octopus, cuttlefish, moray eels, palette surgeonfish in the blue. PADI says thresher sharks have been spotted in Puerto Galera in February and Kilima Steps is among the best places to find them; Scandi Divers lists it in its top five. Boat dive.
