Jessie Beazley Reef
9° 2.8′ N · 119° 48.9′ E
A small, isolated reef about 20 km (12 nm) north of the Tubbataha atolls and part of the national park, visited by liveaboards as a separate dive site.
Practical
Coordinates are the reef as mapped in OpenStreetMap (an older OSM point labelled 'Jessey Beasly Reef' near North Islet is misplaced; ignore it). Wikipedia places the reef about 20 km north of the atolls. Same permits and rules as the rest of the park. Unlit, low-lying: approach only in daylight.
Best for
A first or last dive on the way to or from the atolls
