Practical

Coordinate is approximate: placed about 2 nm north of Cerralvo's northern tip (OpenStreetMap coastline 24.3732 N, 109.9316 W), per Nautilus's 'a couple of miles north of Cerralvo Island'; the islet is not mapped in OSM - use the charted light. Max about 25-26 m; currents. About 90 minutes by dive boat from La Paz. A wreck lies at the south section of the main rock with green morays, cup coral and schools of jacks and barracuda; sea lions play with divers (Nautilus dive log, November 2020). Sea lions on the rocks; tuna, wahoo, dorado, yellowtail and hammerheads occasionally. A navigation hazard on the route between La Paz and the East Cape - give it a wide berth at night.
