Bahía Conejos Anchorage (Huatulco)
15° 46.6′ N · 96° 4.0′ W · approximate
The easternmost of Huatulco's nine bays, about 4 km east of Tangolunda, lined with large villas instead of resorts and with a small sheltered sandy cove good for swimming.
Practical
Approximate: set inside the OpenStreetMap outline of the Bahía de Conejos, about 250 m off Playa Conejos. No cruiser anchoring report was found for this edition: depth, holding and swell protection are unverified, so treat it as a settled-weather day stop and sound carefully. It sits outside the national park, but Isla Montosa (OSM 15.7643, -96.0837) at the bay's western approach is foul ground to give a wide berth. Taxis run along Boulevard Santa Cruz above the bay.
Best for
A quiet day stop east of the resort bays
