Les Saintes Clearance Station

15° 52.1′ N · 61° 35.0′ W

Les Saintes is a Guadeloupe port of entry; clearance is done on the authorised customs computer at Les Saintes Multiservices (LSM), upstairs just off the main town pier - also the place to pay moorings, drop laundry and collect parcels.

Practical

LSM, 3 rue Jean Calot, Terre-de-Haut; tel +590 590 81 53 57; VHF 8; email lessaintesmultiservices@gmail.com. Hours Mon-Sat 9am-12pm and 2pm-7pm, closed Sunday and bank holidays (Noonsite clearance page, Nov 2023). Turn right off the main dock and look upstairs on your right. Pay by cash or card; a cruiser paid EUR 2 to clear (2016) - verify locally. Cruisers report being able to clear in and out at the same time for short stays. Since 1 September 2024 the French islands also use an online declaration (see the area file); check what LSM requires. Pick up a mooring early so you can come ashore - anchoring even briefly to clear is not tolerated. LSM also offers laundry (EUR 10 wash and dry, 2016), receives packages, sells garbage collection and arranges water.
