Practical
Many restaurants close on Mondays and fill late in the evening - reserve. Les Mardis de Grand Case (Tuesday evenings, early in the year) turn the street into a carnival with vendors and fireworks. Coordinate is the OpenStreetMap Boulevard de Grand-Case.
