Palaoa Point Light

The light on Lanai's southwest double point above Kaunolu, the turning mark between the south coast and the high western cliffs.
Practical
Coast Pilot 10: Palaoa Point Light 20°43'56"N, 156°57'53"W, 91 ft above the water on a white skeleton tower on the east prong of the double point; a small bight between the double points has a rocky shore where small boats can usually land in trade-wind weather; Shark Fin Rock is about 0.3 mile north-northwest. Beyond the point the Kaholo Pali rise to more than 1,000 ft.
