22° 10.2′ N · 159° 40.2′ W · approximate

Practical
Capt Andy's (permitted operator): dolphins are common year-round; its Na Pali page shows spinner dolphins around a tour raft. Federal rule (2021): it is illegal to swim with, approach or remain within 50 yards of Hawaiian spinner dolphins - if they come to your boat, keep a steady course and speed, do not chase or put swimmers in the water. Coordinate is a nominal point off the central Na Pali coast (approx).
