Syvota Fuel (AVIN Station & Jerry Cans)

39° 24.3′ N · 20° 15.0′ E

Syvota has no published fuel berth; mySea lists fuel among the harbour facilities but gives no details. The reliable option is jerry cans from the AVIN road station at the south edge of the village.

Practical

Coordinate is the AVIN filling station on the Syvota-Perdika road (OSM), about 1 km by road from the town quay. Before carrying cans, ask at the quay or the port police whether a fuel tanker is delivering that season, since mySea lists a fuel station among Syvota's facilities without saying where or how. If a tanker comes, check the meter reads zero before it starts and pay only for what goes in (Noonsite reports of short-measured quay deliveries at Preveza). The nearest yacht fuel berths are the new quay at Gaios (Paxos), about 12 nm SW, and Gouvia on Corfu. Igoumenitsa harbour also lists fuel (mySea).
