The clinic itself is not mapped: ask at a pharmacy or the port police. Efsyn (April 2020) reports the clinic running with one permanent doctor, sometimes closed when that doctor covers Galatas shifts and for about 15 days in August, with no night cover; out of hours the doctor and ambulance come from Galatas and the delay can be an hour or more.
