Paxos and Antipaxos are administered from Corfu. Gaios has a coast-guard station, but Noonsite does not list it as a port of entry, so non-EU arrivals should clear in at Corfu or Preveza first.
Practical
Coordinate is approx: it uses the Gaios town quay (mySea harbour position) because no verified position for the coast-guard office was found; ask on the quay. Paxos Map lists the Paxos Coast Guard at +30 26620 32533 (Corfu +30 26610 32655, Parga +30 26840 31227). In the Ionian, Noonsite lists Corfu Port, Gouvia, Lefkas, Preveza, Argostoli and Zakynthos as ports of entry; Gaios and Lakka are not on that list. Once your boat has a valid DEKPA (cruising log) and has paid TEPAI (the cruising tax), the local officer collects only harbour dues in Gaios: a Corfu Port Authority representative comes round the quay in the late afternoon (mySea).
